• I love teaching languages in my spare time! I've lived most of my life in Canada, but I did live in France from 2002-2007.
  While living in both France and Canada, I have often helped my fellow classmates with their English (in France) or their French (in Canada).
  As a scientist, I love a good challenge, but don't let that discourage you! I also enjoy having a good time! The more we can laugh, regardless of how challenging a lesson seems, the more you will learn! Over the years I've found this to be true with most of my students!
  I love learning languages too. I am fluent in Spanish and am currently learning German, Norwegian, and ASL. Languages are in my opinion, more than just a means of communication, but they're also a part of a culture. Languages are a way of viewing, understanding, and thinking about the world around us

• I have been working an an ESL tutor for the past 14 years as well as part time with children in a daycare enrichment program. I have one son and a dog. My hobby for the past 15 years has been painting . Recently I have taken up music and I am currently learning how to play three instruments, the Native American flute, the Autoharp and the Mountain Dulcimer. In my free time I enjoy reading Fantasy fiction and designing clothes, gardening and cooking.I enjoy trying new dishes including Korean food such as Miyeokguk and Gimbap.
